The term “trump cards” developed new significance during the American presidential campaign and its aftermath as the gender wars played out. From the Democrats trying to elect the first woman president in the U.S.A. we heard a lot about the misogyny of Trump and his associates. But what about misandry – the contempt or hatred of men? This talk will examine today’s extremely polarized environment in the public square and on social media, the collateral damage of the gender wars and how to address serious problems that men face in an ethical but effective manner.
