The 2014 Campus Freedom Index has slammed the student governments at University of Toronto and Ryerson for censoring the discussion of men’s health and men’s issues on campus, but applauds the Queen’s University alma Mater Society for letting students decide for themselves the validity of opinions and ideas.

The University of Toronto Students’ Union earned an “F” grade in the 2014 Campus Freedom Index for having denied club certification to the Men’s Issues Awareness Society, based solely on the club’s beliefs.
The Queen’s University’s Alma Mater Society has accepted the Men’s Issues Awareness Society as a campus club, free to express and promote its views
